Take on expanded responsibility for procurement oversight in Morocco, unifying sourcing frameworks across
multiple regions.
• Report to the CFO while leading multi-country procurement teams, ensuring compliance with internal and
regulatory standards, and managing supplier relationships from evaluation through to long-term strategic
partnerships that align with financial, operational, and sustainability goals.
• Lead procurement activities across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and KSA, managing sourcing strategies and asset
acquisition for infrastructure and environmental projects valued at over $ 100 M.
• Head procurement efforts for The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC) Phase 0 and Phase 1 in KSA, including
incinerator plants, sorting facilities, and full fleet procurement.
• Manage sourcing and delivery of fleet, electric trucks, and waste equipment for Abu Dhabi’s municipal solid waste
collection project.
• Deliver complex waste management facilities in KAUST University and Al Ula, overseeing civil works, specialized
systems, and logistics planning.
• Align procurement planning with project timelines to ensure timely delivery, minimize delays, and control costs.
• Apply sustainability and compliance criteria in supplier selection to ensure responsible sourcing and operational
continuity.
• Utilize modern ERP and procurement systems to track KPIs, monitor spend, and optimize reporting accuracy.
• Mentor and support regional procurement teams through training, knowledge sharing, and performance
development.
