Management & supervision and design review for Infrastructure /master community projects (roads, bridges, water main network, irrigation main network, sewer and drainage main net work, primary and secondary electric net work (hv/lv) and associated substations, sewerage treatment plant and pumping stations, earth work, construction of villas and amenities, taking into consideration the requirement of Estidama based on knowledge earned through training and continue meetings with Estidama experts ) for following projects

1- design and built project for Emiratis hosing development for 3, 000 villas master community in emirate of Abu Dhabi for yas island and al ain projects (developed under Abu Dhabi urban planning council-plan 2030-pearl 2 of Estidama)

2-master community development and infrastructure project (job includes more than 30 km of roads, bridge, water main network, irrigation main network, sewer and storm water and drainage main net work, sewerage treatment plant and pumping stations) for 50 million sq/ft Dubai sport city's development and Dubai internet city

3- eight projects of roads, bridges, sewerage, irrigation, water main network in uae for dubai and al ain municipality

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Liaise with clients, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers.
 Coordinates with other Engineers, Project Managers and team members for technical input into the design, procurement and construction processes.
 In coordination with the Project director and project Managers, manages projects area delivery plan, monitoring deviation and identifying corrective actions.
 Reviews the designers, consultants and contractor(s) method statements, contract programs, QA/QC procedures and Health & Safety plan for bid compliance.
 Ensures construction compliance to contract specifications and drawings.
 Organize and attend and chairing meetings on infrastructure construction and Health & Safety matters and issues the minutes (if required).
 Monitors the contractor(s) programs reporting deviations and liaises with the Project Controls Manager, Project Managers and/or Project Director.
 Assesses progress on-site including quality of workmanship.
 Maintains the quality plan in conjunction with Project Consultants and monitors the QA/QC plan during construction implementation.
 Review and indorse the concept and final design and construction/shop drawings &as built drawing .
• Keep project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
• Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code of conduct.
• Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients. .
• Understand Object Oriented Concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements. .
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
• Hold regular status meetings with development team.
