My job was Product quality control manager of raw materials in Mad koush pelletizing iron complex my responsibility did Q.A/Q.C manager for about 30 personal on 3 lab such as chemical, sample making, and semi industrial pilot plant lab, also coordinating for sampling, testing and reporting for factory management . check & control more than 40 lab devices for calibration & repair .I am retired in Bandar Abbas and currently have 32 years of work experience. I currently live in the new city of Hashtgerd city and I work as a consultant with some factories in the technical field for maintenance & repair devices.
In this factory we have design and mead education learning devices for test, research university and civil engineering equipment for company, rode ministry, and wide range of university and civil constructions.
My responsibility : research and design new product device and apparatus by customer requested, as all
industry and education research center inside and outside for export .
also inspected material and product producer .
My position :R&D Mechanical department Manager
OIL & GAS / CIVIL / Engineering in quality control QA/QC management. for civil & mechanic activity as Tanks, Steel structure, steel Vessel, static & rotary and static equipment pipe line/ painting and Isolation, batching plant and concrete, soil and gravel, sand, earth activity compacting etc...
My responsibility : managing welder group personal and steel structure inspectors for report and document check list controlling . painting and sandblast shop control, batching plant and concrete sampling, haw ever managing 80 QC/QA inspector group .in 12phase GAS project DSKI Consortium south IRAN, Kangan
My position, QA/QC deputy department. in addition Acquaintance and familiar BY field inspection test plan for gas refinery, as site filling, earthwork , paving & slope protection, drainage, cable trench / duct work, pipe rack / pipe sleeper, structural steel-erection / fireproofing, HVAC installation, air-fin cooler, rotating / reciprocating, Equipment, Atmospheric Tank,
Shell & tube heat Exchangers, Cathodic protection, Insulation, Laboratory Equipment, equipment Preservation.

CEMENT MILL PLANTS
My responsibility : coordinate commissioning group about mechanical, electrical, instrument, local technician, control room operator for interlock checking and cement production .
My position : head and group leader .
Time: more than 6 month for each factory .

drop point test oil, freezing point oil tester, oxcidation & rust oil, gum bath oil,
all above equipments accordances under BS, ASTM, istandards,
service and repair finally calibratione of all instrumens.
