• Develop grinding improvement initiatives and set plant specific targets for cost reduction

• Evaluate operational coefficients

• Optimize production facilities

• Provide process-related and operational techniques for environmental impact reduction

• Perform training and knowledge on operational techniques (Trouble shooting), process related new
