- Check branch keys & combinations access / approved delegations.
- Check the daily ATM management process (custody / balancing / replenishments / proofs & depository box).
- Cash balance is checked against general ledger balance.
- Solid monitoring for access to ATM & strong vault room (dual control).
- Checking and full control over all the branch registers.
- Check tellers’ cash balance status during the day against the approved limit.
- Check daily branch foreign currencies position.
- Completely responsible for all back office proofs.
- Follow-up on settlement of overdrawn accounts for casual / secured overdrafts related to operations - past due report & closed DDA report.
- Checking opened & closed account report (fees, archiving, proper closures, number of accounts-following up co-sign entry).
- Stop payment report review / proofing.
- Approve & authorize all branch FX-Deals and internal transfers.
- Review outgoing transfers’ applications before processing.
- Approve over limit cash transactions.
- Responsible for staff authorized memos issued by the branch.
- Check cash-in-transit (shipments) accounts status / balance.
- Review all outgoing collection chicks reports presented to the clearing house.
- Review all trade finance documents (LGs - IDCs) before being delivered to the customers.
