Responsibility :
• Operation and maintenance of 5 local airports namely : Arar, Rafha, Aljouf, Turaif
and Al Gurayat.
• Managing 1000 staffs to carry out maintenance and operation tasks at airport and
main office.
• Dealing with subcontracts to supply all required utility such fuels for power plant
water for water plant.
• Maintaining all land escaping at airports.
• Administrate 1000 persons.
To work together hand in hand with the technical service manager as a key assistance
managing the Q.C. lab through controls and observation and leveling up the total
quality of this department to work as organized and optimized from every aspect of
its processes, data and results. Build up and run as R&D trail run for new products.
Also support customers and the sales team technically when ever required through
guidance, consultant, recommendation, troubleshooting and solving of problems and
development with the overall objective of reaching excellence in service of customers
pro-actively by utilizing an R-D department and the field service.
To have all technical information related to these department ( Q.C., technical and
R&D ) available as data on hand organdies and up to date, including taking the data
from what available today to the next level of expertise by adding on new definition
standards test technical information statistical analysis comparison list ….etc
Since 2001-2008, I have joined Tetra Pak as support service engineer; working with
packaging machine service, instillation and rebuilding kits and machine
programming. These machines can be used for filling packaging system of soft drink,
cheese tomato and milk industrial. Communicating with machine can be done by GEFanuc
/LM90 program.
In addition great supports were done to our customers by minimizing cost deduction
and having optimum machine efficiency.
Mainly my work as installer new machines, commissioning, do periodical machine
service due to run hours and customer support in troubleshooting and maintain good
efficient process.
Working with production team within a define production schedule and production
target to achieve maximum throughput and efficiency from process. Implement and
maintain a continuous process improvement and scrap reduction program, setting
pinch marks and monitoring progress attend to all process related problems within
the designed section. Prepare process-engineering specification for each type of
process. Controls manufacturing process and control cable quality standards and its
parameters in production stage. Updating all technical standards and studies new
design by working R & D projects.
