• Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities
• Contacting airlines and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements
• Managing all aspects of operation departments including contracts of all suppliers of all services & excursions such as transportation companies, boat companies, quad centers, diving centers and Bedouin suppliers for desert safaris
• Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations
• Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients
• Writing reports and maintaining records
• Working with different agencies like: Royal Vacaciones (Spain), Hayes & Jarvis, Sovereign (England), Acuil, Cocorico (France), Gratis, Royal Holidays (Germany), Sunrise (Holland).
• Supervising all outgoing sales made by our leaders
• Compiling sales reports on a weekly basis
• Collecting sales income to submit to the accounts department alongside the weekly report
