Oil Researcher engineer:
My principal interests research lie in the field of coastal oil pollution and impacts on the coastal environment activities using different remote sensing techniques and questionnaire survey and Geography information system GIS. I am currently developing Integrated Remote Sensing and GIS Procedures for Oil Spill Monitoring at Libyan Coastal Zone and investigating the impact of the oil spills on Libya coast using hydrological data and remotely sensed data by different image processing methods and GIS. My future research plans are to build on the foundation of my work to further develop models and tools in conjunction with government bodies, environment agencies. I have a particular interest in the hydrological, environmental and studies to create an ICZM approach to managing oil spills of the coast.
