Accomplished in programming and designing as per requirements of PLC and industrial machinery
touch pad Displays (HMI)
Handed on the technical solution implementation and delivery which usually include designing the
system solution, planning the technical implementation resource and timeline, managing the data
conversion, and performing the solution deployment and installation, Lead the training and mentoring to
the junior system implementation engineers in the team and in our GCC regions.
Collaborated with senior management team to implement strategic plan, improvement initiatives and re-
engineer processes where appropriate and necessary. Played a leading role in the prevention of issues on processes by having close interaction with
processing on plant including the monitoring of chemistry and process steps to ensure the process runs
as expected.
Assists in hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all
new- and used-vehicle.
Deputize for the General Manager in their absence.
Assists in directing and scheduling the activities of all department employees, ensuring
proper staffing always.
Assists in forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for the
department and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
Assists salespeople in closing deals when necessary.
Shares responsibility with the manager for planning and leading sales meetings.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that
affect vehicle sales.
Strives for harmony and teamwork with all other departments.
Maintains professional appearance.
Attends managers meetings as requested.
Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs,
beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
Continuously anticipate customer needs and ensuring a great experience for each
customer.
Monitor compliance with company and government regulations, regarding customer
service, and serving, and building maintenance.
Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance
expectations & identifying training gaps.
Provide coaching for all members of staff to ensure that they preform to the best of their
ability.
Responsible for ensuring that all financial and personnel/payroll related administrative
duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and
procedures, banking reconciliation, & till operations.
