Identifying, selecting and contracting authors, Trainers, Training vendors to produce programme content, building strong relationships with contributors
Building a strong network with trainers, authors, consultants & consulting companies from around the world.

Organize public & In-house training.

Estimating the costs of planned programmes/ courses and keeping within budgets of each training courses.

Producing training materials for public & In-house trainings in consultation with the trainers, consultants & SME’s.

Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization such as senior management, Supervisory & officer level.

Amending and revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.

Keeping/Filing/Forwarding relevant documents related to Management, Administration, Official and PRO Sections. Collection of Rent Cheque and correct disposal directly/through PROs/concerned persons.
Any other duties/responsibilities entrusted from time to time by the administration/authorities.
