Managing IT Infrastructure and Security functions and team of Ducab group with contributions to
the following areas and more.
● Delivering an IT infrastructure service that is resilient, dependable, and meeting the agreed service
levels. Following effective performance measures to benchmark and monitor the quality and cost and
drive service improvement plans that drive continuous improvement.
● Planning IT Infrastructure roadmap to support the IT strategy for the organization, driving initiatives
that ensure the IT Infrastructure is upgraded, simplified, and standardized to effectively support the
business at optimal cost.
● Enabling business by addressing the IT requirements/challenges/issues and conducting
performance testing and benchmarking IT Infrastructure components based on project needs.
● Leading the Corporate Cloud strategy, in the migration of existing on-premises services to on-cloud
service to improve quality and productivity, in a cost-conscious manner. Leading the cloud
provisioning requirements and technical design with a focus on improving time to market and
delivery quality.
● Managing the IT Infrastructure/Service Design and Build (Capacity, Continuity, Availability, Incident,
Problem, Change, Configuration)
● Managing the Corporate IT Infrastructure and IT Security which comprises of Servers, Virtualization,
SAP Basis Administration, Storage, Backup, Restore, Network and Data Center.

● Focal point for building up the Corporate Cloud strategy with the parent company ADQ
● Prepared the proposal for Azure Cloud DR for the complete Enterprise IT Infrastructure
● SAP load assessment on Azure Cloud with Cloud4C
● Setting up Hybrid Cloud with Office 365
● Setting up Corporate Websites on Azure PaaS
● Implementation of Next generation firewalls Palo Alto and FortiGate
● Implementation of Office 365 Backup with Veeam.
● Implementation of Trend Micro Apex and Sophos in Cloud.
● Design of OT network and implementation of Azure Containers for the MES application for the OT.

gas, renewables, industrial, defense, rail transport, marine, mining, automotive and other specialty industry
verticals.
Primarily responsible for the WAN Infrastructure for the main office in India connected to our Head office
in San Francisco.
● Involved in Design, Implementation and Support of our rapidly growing IT Infrastructure.
● System Administration on Windows 2000 platform on Dell servers with the Active directory for the
enterprise network.
● Creating and managing User Accounts, Groups, Account Policy, User Rights, Auditing, User Profiles,
and System policies.
● Administration of Microsoft Exchange Server for the Corporate Messaging
● Collaborated with the team for the Migration of the Network from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000.
● Monitoring and Maintenance of all the WAN links on Cisco Routers, PIX and Ascom Modems.
My job involved setting up of WANs for different companies using the leased lines provided by the DOT,
configuring the Leased line Modems and Routers for full E1 and fractional E1 lines, Configuring the ISDN
lines and the ISDN backups for the E1 lines. Managed turnkey projects working with ISPs and Systems
Integrators for setting up big networks. Also worked on VoIP gateways in integrating the existing data
networks with telephone network.
My Job involved supporting the major customers for all the systems / network related projects, after sales
support and annual maintenance contract support.
