عملت في الشركة الفرنسية للتأمين في قسم الحوادث / شامل وكان عملي إدخال أجزاء السيارة المتضرر وعمل تسويات مع الزبائن وكان هدفي أن يكون العميل راضي عن العمل وأيضا قمت بجدولة الفواتير حسب التسلسل وضع كل فاتورة في ملفه المخصص وأيضا اختصار الوقت لكي لا اعطل عمل العميل ويكون عملنا مبني ع السرعه والدقة

الاتصال مع العائلات والتأكد من استلام الطرود الغذائية وأخذ ملاحظاتهم بعين الاعتبار وتقديمه للقسم المعني والاتصال مع الجمعيات الخيرية لتأكيد موعد قدوم الطرود وتوصيله إلى الجمعيات الخيرية وتأكد من استلام الطرود كليا والتأكد من أنهم اتصلو مع الأسر لكي يستلمو طرود الغذائيه وسماع أي ملاحظات من أجل الطرود الغذائيه وإدخال إلى النظام وتصديره إلى القسم المعني
عملت في ماكدونالدز وكان عملي كاشير عند استلام الشفت كنت اتأكد من استلام كاش كامل والتدقيق على النظام والتأكد من المبيعات والمبلغ الذي يظهر لذى النظام وعد النقود والتركيز مع العملاء عند البيع وإعطاء اهميه كبير لذا العميل والتأكد من استلام طلبه كامل مكمل والابتسامة عند مقابلة العميل وتوديه ببتسامه
