assist the senior officer in effective community mobilization to implement the program in the province. also responsible to supervise the work of comunity mobilizers and or facilitators. Also responsible to work closely with district government authorities, local Shuras (CECs, PTAs, CDCs and etc), and ensure that the program work plan is implemented in high quality standard.

The Admin & finance is responsible for performing a variety of financial and administrative duties. Also responsible for strategizing on and planning for financial goals by working daily to achieve and maintain the financial health of the organization.
oversee purchases and develop new contracts. play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for organization. also follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory, and be responsible for approving purchases.
evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. also a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.
