• Managing the whole spectrum of financial & cost accounting functions suchas AP, AR, GL forecasting & budgeting.

• Updated and reconciled vendor files and statements each month, communicating with vendors within 3 business day regarding discrepancies
• Preparing Inter-company reconciliation among the 17 operating units and toresolve difference in transactions on a monthly basics
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for daily operating bank accounts for 2operating units
• Provide timely and detailed communication to internal stakeholder bypreparing reports and documentation using spreadsheet
