Key Experience, Roles & Responsibilities to the project:
• Quality management system establishment, implementation, evaluation, and improvement meet the contract requirements, ISO 9001 project specs, QCS, other stakeholders’ specifications.
• Preparation, review, submission & maintain QMS documents such as Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Organization Plan, Compliance sheet for Material Approval, Method Statement, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Checklists and other plan/procedures for the Project and KAHRAMAA Works as per QCS 2014 & Kahramaa Regulations.
• Trainings and communication of the controlled QMS documents with concerned parties for their implementation and realization of desired quality objectives and KPI.
• Coordinating with Project Consultant to get Approvals of PQP, Material Submittal, Method Statement, Inspection & Test Plan & Checklists etc.
• Prequalification Review, Submittal & Approval in compliance with QCS 2014, Project Specification and KAHRAMAA for Sub-Contractors.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
• Coordinate with all the Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Regarding any Quality Issues.
• Implement the QA/QC Management System at the site.
• Verify that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards (QCS2014 & KAHRAMAA Specifications).
• Prior to using Materials at the site, Raising MIR for Material Inspection to getting Approval from Project Consultant and KAHRAMAA.
• Raising RFI/INR for all MEP Related 24 hours prior to Site Activity.
• Ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per Shop Drawings, Method statements, Approved Materials, specification, and work plan.
• Closed the RFI/INR’s after Inspection with Consultant by attaching Related Documents.
• Responsible for Testing of Commissioning of all related works as per Inspection & Test Plan.
• Control and record calibration certificates for all applicable equipment used in project.
• Pointing out non-conformities at the site along with Raising of Internal NCR’s on Sub-Contractor & Suppliers.
• Root cause analysis, correction, and corrective action for closing our NCR’s/SOR’S within permissible time.
• Perform Internal and vendors subcon audits, prepare report communicate & close audit findings, monitor continual improvement.
• Attending quality meetings, Preparing Commercial reports, preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, preparing audit reports and its documentation.
