In my MBA project, I analyzed how online channel partners influence the promotion of services for National Travels. Using a mix of interviews, surveys, and data analysis, I evaluated the effectiveness of these partnerships in driving brand exposure and revenue growth. My findings offered actionable insights for refining marketing strategies and optimizing collaborations to enhance National Travels' competitive edge in the digital realm.
