As an Product Associate I am responsible for the following
• Gather and understand the needs and requirements of customers and stakeholders for the product.
• Create a roadmap outlining the key features and development timeline for the product.
• Plan and coordinate the launch of the product, including marketing strategies and user engagement initiatives.
• Write detailed user stories that capture the functionality and user experience requirements of the product.
• Design wireframes and prototypes to visually represent the product's features and interface.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are met.
• Focus on delivering a seamless user experience (UX) by prioritizing usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to drive product success.
• Communicate progress, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and team members efectively.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and product development eforts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of the product.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.
• Adapt and pivot strategies as needed to address changing market conditions and customer requirements.
As a QA Engineer I am responsible for the following • Participated in daily standup meetings to provide updates on completed tasks and planned work for the day.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to plan testing activities, including defining objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Creating detailed test cases based on requirements, covering various scenarios to ensure comprehensive testing.
• Executing test cases manually to identify defects and verify software functionality
• Performing regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Work closely with product team, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the testing process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Communicating test progress, findings, and risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Playing a vital role in making sure that the software quality is matching expected result or not
