Working with Main contractor, successfully managing all MEP subcontractors’ works and my key role in the project site is,
• Management & Coordination of all activities related to MEP works in the site.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and regulation.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all MEP related works at site.
• Review the MEP shop drawings. Follow up with MEP contractor to submit the Material Submittals, Method Statements, Shop drawings, MIRs WIR etc.
• Plans and analysis all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for approval and execution at site.
• Review and Recommendation of Monthly Progress Claim to consultant with the approval of MEP Manager.
• Maintaining Material ON / OFF Site record.
• Supports MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for MEP works at site.
• Reviewing design drawing and find solution for problems are appearing in early stage.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the MEP groups at site.
• Coordinates with Consultant’s and representatives for any site instructions.
• Time management in order to complete construction projects on schedule, Follow up with MEP contractor to finish the MEP works to give clearance to civil and other contractors.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all MEP groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.
• Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programmers
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
• Observance of safety requirements.
• Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
• Preparation of MIRs, WIRs based on work executed at site.
• Man power Management and supervise the work execution at site.
• Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate)
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Forwarding an enquiry to suppliers and also review and recommend the Quotations to Project Engineer.
• Successfully managed the drafting team to produce Auto Cad drawings as per Standards.
• Design calculations for HVAC system and plumbing systems.
• Prepare, review and receiving approvals of MEP Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings with Architectural & structural.
• Structural & Architectural Shop Drawings, 2D, Isometric view & 3D, Section & Elevation Details.
• Coordination with site Engineer/Project Coordinators, Rising RFI. Adopting RFI, EIs, and Variation & design changes to the shop drawings.
• Preparing Builders Work Shop Drawings.
• Preparing As Built Drawings.
• Applying and getting approvals of NOC required, from various authorities.
• Having regular meeting with Client and Contractors for smooth running of the Project.
• Familiar with all authorities’ rules and regulations
2012 - 2015 B.TECH in Mechanical Engineer .in from J.R.N RAJASTHAN VIDYAPEETH UNIVERSITY, RAJASTHAN. India.
• 2001 - 2004 Diploma in Mechanical Engineer Annamalai University, Chettinad. India.
• Diploma in Auto Cadd from Cadd Center, Tamil Nadu India.
