Schedule, Coordinate and oversee the maintenance contracts of sub contractors
Prepare contract - specific PPM procedures, PPM schedule, and resource planning
Carryout daily site inspections to ensure the quality of work and adherence to the set standards
Handle escalations, emergencies and resolve all customer complaints, prepare technical report
Identify critical systems,services,and ensure a plan to avoid downtime and disruption of services
Prepare method statement, Risk assessment and PPM tasks sheets
Tally and close all planned PPM work orders on a monthly basis
Effeciently execute corrective and reactive maintenance, and achieve agreed SLAs, and KPIs
Ensure all CRM work orders are tracked, updated and closed on a daily basis
