Working as "Manager Procurement & Projects", January 2020 - Present Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Supervising facility expansion projects and fabrication activities, performing cost estimation, budgeting, quotation analysis of contractual projects. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers' portfolios to obtain best value for company.
Leading procurement team for construction of new Ceramics Factory, preparing of bill of material (BOM), arranging sources, preparing contract of suppliers and monitoring performance of suppliers according to planned lead time
Ensuring timely supplies of equipment and machinery as per project requirement and preparing project status report to present higher management
