Installation of 380kV D/C Overhead Lines (OHTLs) with length 102Km & 42 KM, From Jeddah South PP to the Proposed Al-Masha’ar 380 kV GIS Substation.

 continuous involvement in preparation, coordination & follow-up for design submittals: i.e
 Technical Submittals, Route Drawings, Plan & Profile Drawings and Structure Lists etc with the Clients / Consultants.
 Calculation of Bill of Materials (BOM)/BOQ’s.
 Logistical control of materials including Testing and Inspections at Manufacturer's Works and Supervision of all progress reporting.
 Route Survey, Construction of Access Roads / Structure Pads, Excavation for the tower foundations.
 Tower grounding along with the stringing of OPGW.
 Tower assembly and tower erection.
 Stringing of Conductors & Shield Wires and Testing & Commissioning of Transmission Lines.
 PLS-CAAD trainer to my juniors.
 PLS-CADD certified from power systems.
 Daily site coordination with SEC and with H.O.
 Weekly progress reports and monthly progress charts preparation along with designs.
 Plan & profile designing for OHTL.
 Provide technical assistance to the project team at all times and constantly involve in all site activities.
 Assure construction projects are completed in compliance with drawings and specifications, within Schedule & allocated budget.
 Monitor & ensure the execution of works per to the good engineering practices.

•Equipment & Material Proposal and Technical Submittals as per PTS, SEC Standards.
• Design Coordination with Contractor and Sub- Contractor’s to overcome various shortcomings in their proposed Design Submittals.
• Installation of Cable Trays and cable ladders in the basement of GIS S/S.
• T&C of 110 kV GIS S/S.
 One week Safety training from OSHA safety Institute Jeddah.
 3 months worked as safety engineer on the Site.
