I am full time employee of Qatar Charity (Non Profit International Organization) sine October 21, 2019. I am responsible for

1. To implement the policies and procedures of organization.
2. To conduct meetings, prepare reports
3. To manage support staff including.
4. To carry out all Logistic functions: procurement, warehousing, transport and supply management.
5. To prepare procurement documents
6. Updating of stock movement and weekly reporting.
7. Prepare stock movement and storage report i.e., Stock in/out record.
8. Implement procurement process of items based on authorized requisitions
9. Regular checks are carried out on price comparisons and to ensure that materials/items costs are monitored effectively.
10. To keep updated record of assets and inventory.
11. Issuing collecting and storing office supplies including cleaning and kitchen items.
12. To arrange events
13. Dealing with vendors and ensuring the fulfillment of agreements.
14. Responsible for assigning vehicles and maintain their log books.
15. Maintaining and submitting logistical reports such as Fuel consumption, generator reports, and Stock movement reports.
