Inspection of RO plants and checking its parameters.
Monitoring of RO Plant.
Cleaning (alkaline and acidic) of Membranes of RO plants.
Shuffling of Membranes when required.
Settling of Membranes according to their weights when required.
Water Testing via Titration.
Water Testing by using Colorimeter.
Technical Report writing on daily basis.
Daily communication with managements about progress of plants.
Preparing reagents for analysis.
Working on sales weekly.
SKILLS:
Designing Of RO plants on Software, namely ROSA.
Installation of RO plants including cleaning skid of Membranes.
Commissioning of RO plants.
Well versed of investigating and solving different sort of trouble shootings.
Posses good knowledge of RO plants, Boiler, Cooling Tower, and Power Engine’s Process and Operation.
Calculation of Resin capacity of water softening plant.
Well versed with valves (gate, globe, ball, check, etc.).
Good knowledge about Pumps (centrifugal, PD, dosing, etc.).
Good communication skills and fluent in English.
WATER TESTING ASPECTS:
Good at in following water testing of RO plants, Boilers, Cooling towers, Engine, and Raw Water.
Calcium and Magnesium Hardness.
Carbonates, Bicarbonates, & Caustic Alkalinity.
Sulfite and Phosphate.
Chlorides & Iron.
Total and Free Chlorine.
High and Low Range Silica.
SDI (Silt Density index) Test.
SOFTWARES SKILLS:
Good at in following softwares.
MS-Office.
ROSA ( Reverse Osmosis System Analysis).
Autocad.
Aspen HYSYS.
