In FFCL ( a corporate Company) served for about six years as DM HR/PR & Protocol and as DML&LA and skilled in all HR functions like planning/ staffing, selection/ recruitment, induction, placement/ posting & orientation of employees, negotiation/ motivation, feedback, job analysis, workforce management & administration, Performance appraisal, successive planning, employee’s rotation, training & development, talent hunting, employee’s relation, management of security issues/industrial harmony & events management, travel/ transportation, leave, medical, terminations, retirement, honors & awards, perks/ privileges, compensations/ pension, welfare/ entertainment activates, In Army served for 27 years, up to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and performed as Platoon to Battalion Commander/acting Brigade commander and skilled in leadership/ HRM/ administration, safety & security management. Establishing, managing//heading, supervising/ monitoring & directing in various project/ training institutions, motivation/negotiation, feedback & counseling, overall coordination of command/ staff work, team building/ teamwork, emergency/ risk/disaster management, protocol / PR and close coordination/liaison & working with Government officials & various semi Government / public sector departments.
Successful completion of 03 year L.L.B Program/Law studies with major Administrative/ international/ criminal/Civil/Tort/ labor/Taxes and litigation Laws & Equity,Minor Acts, English jurisprudence, Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic personal Law, Pleading & conveyancing and was awarded with L.LB degree.This certainly added to my legal capabilities and with law practice I became Advocate High Court since 2008. Ii also provides me an edge over others while handling HR sensitive matters carefully/positively being a law knowing person.
Obtained a regular degree in Business Administration with major in HRM, thus this added education enhanced my administrative and HRM/HRP/HRD skills manifolds.
Completed master degree program in International Relations, hence it added to my professional qualification and experience.
I completed my Islamic Law program from International Islamic universality Islamabad , Pakistan and that enhanced my legal understanding/ legal practice.
Graduate of Pakistan Command & Staff College with Degree & symbol "PSC." and also BSC (Hons) War-Studies, JSC (Junior Staff Course) MCC, (Mid-Career Course) All Basic Course with "A/B+ Grades" & "Distinction" as Instructor class C/B/A. Diploma in Arabic Language with symbol "QSL" and Distinguished as Instructor and Siachen War medal.
Passed Massenet degree program in political Science and that increased my educational standard.
Alongside Military training also completed Graduation program form Pakistan military Academy and obtained BA degree.
Alongside Military Training also completed intermediate and was awarded FA degree being an Arts student.
Completed my Secondary school certificate education with excellent grade.
