RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Provide technical support during construction, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and conducting site visits to ensure MEP systems are installed according to design specifications.
✓ Assist with the procurement of MEP equipment, materials, and subcontractor services, including reviewing bids and selecting vendors. Oversee the commissioning process for MEP systems, including testing, balancing, and verifying system performance to ensure compliance with design requirements.
✓ Implement QA/QC procedures to monitor and evaluate the quality of MEP installations and workmanship.
✓ Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, drafters, and other team members to foster professional development and ensure project success.
