To create ID, profile using Windows Active directory.
Added maintained and removed users, provided memberships in Active Directory.
Maintain the company's IT security and confidentiality of Company data.
Multi-site networks. Handle troubleshooting, backup, documentation, security, and managing.
Successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and
media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
Actively involved in the development of processes and procedures relating to the systems and IT infrastructure.
Configuring mail accounts on the smart devices
Configuring, troubleshooting local and network Printers, Scanners and other peripheral devices
Adding & Removing Users & Uploading Downloading Data from Biometric & Face Scanning Machine
Installing and configuring Evault & Symantec Business Endpoint protection 12.01 and Virus cleaning activity.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting laptops and desktop issues.
Supported Microsoft Outlook2007/2010/2013.
Supporting users by using remote management tools like VNC, Windows Remote Assistance Net meeting, Team Viewer and resolving their issues.
Imaging(Symantec, Acronis & Spotmau), provisioning and device hardening of the operating systems according to the company policies
Setting up video conferencing, handling audio-conferencing calls, attending meetings
Rack mounting of Servers, routers and switches.
Setting up LAN according to the organizational requirement.
Managed and administered backup and servers.
Documented and maintained supply of all inventory
Creating Users in Motion Detection Sensor Panel.
Managing CCTV .
Develop customer relationship as an IT Support Engineer.
Provide full Support to site location in Habashan, Ruwais, Liwa & Galfar Sites.
Provide remote IT support to all employees in Iraq
Update management on a regular basis through reports, Emails and presentations.
Train users in proper use of company’s system and network applications. Guide the same with precaution Measures for recurrent problems.
