•Maintaining and keeping track of all purchase orders.
•Confirming that delivered goods match purchase orders specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc.
•Receiving goods and entering orders in a computer system.
•Classifying and labeling all goods for future use.
•Keeping accurate records of inventory levels and location in the database.
•Uploading the images of the goods in the system.
•Carrying out other duties as assigned.
• Provide support to end users relating to hardware and software, computer applications, LAN components and peripherals.
• Assist in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues, network or local printer issues, PC hardware issues, e-mail, internet, dial-in and local-area network access issues.
• Carry out on-site analysis, identification and resolution of difficult desktop problems for end users.
• Maintain and track hardware and software inventory.
• Create tickets and keep record of users, problems experienced and follow timely resolution of all work orders.
