- Maintaining the Assets in Location Wise with Proper Filing System
- Monitor the New Installations and bring those Assets to Maximo ( IBM Application System for the Engineering/Service Dept)
- Coordinate with Sales or Project and Service Supervisor for the Pre-Installation Requirements
- Monitoring Work Shop Repairs and Follow up of Pending Repairs with Engineers and Supervisors
- The service Coordinator acts on behalf of the Service Manager in collaboration with the Service Supervisors.
- Good Knowledge about the Machine’s Models and Part of the Units
Basic Knowledge about the Electronic and Electrical Equipments
- Generate Preventive Maintenance work orders for Abu Dhabi and Western Medical Regions & Monitor the Work orders are done on time
- Follow up to finish the Pending Work order for the End of each Months
- Controlling the Handing over process after Warranty or Contract
- Update the status of Contract and Lpo in the System
- Collecting All the Documents as a back up for any Future Query, (LPO, GDE Offer, DN and Invoice Installation Reports and Service Reports)
