Routine Site Surveillance to look after all site operations by following the standards, specifications, and its
implementation as per approved drawings, method statements and approved materials.
Review the project specifications, Material submittals technical data sheets, approved drawings
and QC documents for effective implementation.
Conduct Internal Material inspections to verify the compliance to the specifications and approved
technical submittal.
Monitoring and inspecting of all the Electrical/ELV Installation works on site being performed as per
approved shop drawings and Method Statement.
Responsible for managing the documents from Suppliers/Vendors and Reviewing the Pre
Qualification Documents/Material Submittals/FAT Procedures and FAT Reports and To Take
Approval from the Consultant.
Checking the materials after delivery to site and raising Material Inspection Requests for consultant approval.
Responsible for internal Inspection for Installations of LV Panel, VFDs, Motors, Isolators, SMDBs, DBs, conduits,
Cables, Cable trays, Cable Trunks, and all types of Lighting Fixtures, Power Sockets and ELV system (CCTV
, Access Control, Fire Alarm System) as per approved drawings.
Responsible for internal inspections and raising Inspection Requests for consultant approval for Pre
commissioning and T&C activities for LV Panel, VFDs, Motors, Isolators, SMDBs, DBs, Power Cables and
wires(HiPot Test, Megger Tests) and ELV System as per approved FRC(Site Acceptance Test) Documents.
Responsible for SOR/NCR proper closure by ensuring the corrective and preventive actions are implemented on site to
prevent recurring NCRs.
Preparing Method statements (MS) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and FRCs (SAT) Procedures for
Consultant approvals before Installation/Testing Commissioning works at site.

Responsible for Mock-up Inspection for Installations of Transformers, LV Panel, VFDs, Motors, SMDBs, DBs, conduits, Cables, UPVC sleeves and ducts for Underground LV cables in Manholes, Cable trays, Cable Trunks, and all types of Lighting Fixtures, Power Sockets and ELV system (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System) as per approved drawings. Responsible for internal inspections and raising Inspection Requests for consultant approval for Pre-commissioning and T&C activities for Transformers, LV Panel, VFDs, Motors, SMDBs, DBs, Power Cables and wires (Hi Pot Test, Megger Tests, Continuity tests) and ELV System as per approved FRC (Site Acceptance Test) Documents. Submission of weekly & monthly progress reports to QA/QC Lead Engineer and Manager and Perform any other duties deemed necessary

Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
Review electrical design/shop drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure
accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Monitoring the Installation of Cable trays, conduits, LV/ELV cable laying and Testing, installation and
testing and commissioning of Power DBs and all types of Lighting Fixtures, Power Sockets, CCTV
System, Fire Alarm Panels and Access Control System are as per approved shop drawings.
Responsible for internal Inspection for Installations of DBs, conduits, Cables, Cable trays, Cable Trunks, and
all types of Lighting Fixtures, Power Sockets, isolators and ELV system (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm
System) as per approved drawings.
Raising Material Inspection Request (MIR) and Work Inspection Request (WIR) for consultant approvals.
Responsible for SOR/NCR proper closure by taking corrective action before raising the closure request.
Preparing Method statements (MS) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and FRCs (SAT) Procedures for
Consultant approvals before Installation/Testing Commissioning works at site.
Inspecting incoming/outgoing circuit breakers for DBs and all sizing of cables laid and tested (tests
of continuity, insulation resistance) as per approved DB Schedule, CAT6A cables for CCTV system
and Fire Rated cables for Fire alarm system as per approved shop drawings and approved material
submittals.

Responsible for complete installation of ELV system which includes CCTV Analog and IP Cameras, Fire Alarm System and Access control system, Gate Barriers. Attending technical coordination meeting with Engineers and Construction team to clarify the technical difficulties implementing the same on site. Execution and supervision of project activities such as submittals, procurement follow-ups, manpower handling, installation, commissioning, handing over etc Responsible for installation, maintenance/Troubleshooting of ELV SYSTEMS i, e CCTV System DVR and NVR configure (Analog and IP Cameras), Fire Alarm System and Access control system, Gate Barriers. Coordinate with Supervisors/Technicians for smooth flow of work as per schedule. Providing technical assistance to clients through call and mails. Providing solutions/proposals to the client as per their requirements related to Access Control System, Security Surveillance System, Fire Alarm System and Gate Barrier. Reading and interpreting the shop drawings to the technicians to execute the site activities. Following up with the Client for payments towards AMC.
