2. Co-ordinate with client & Project team for all ongoing activities and time schedule for project.

Instrumentation Diagrams(PID).
7. Sizing of Process equipments like Pumps, Heat exchangers, Compressors, Cooling towers,
Chiller, Process tanks.
8. Modeling and simulation of complete system in UNISIM & HYSYS.
9. Design Validation & Optimization of models.
10. Preparation of required data sheet & equipment specifications, Documentation controlling.

Responsible for all ongoing activities of project and co-ordination with client for daily activities &
planning.
2. Preparation of Basic design package of required process as per customer requirement.
3. Sizing of Process equipments like Pumps, Heat exchangers, Filters, Compressors, Cooling
towers, Chiller, Process tanks, piping and pipe supports.
4. Preparation of required utility consumption data and basic design of Utility sections.
5. Preparation of Technical Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process &
Instrumentation Diagrams (PID), Piping Layouts, Plot Plans, Equipment Layouts.
6. Preparation of Bill of Material and procurement of the required material for the project.
7. Preparation of the time schedules for all erection and commissioning activities.
8. Supervise to prepare Piping route Layout with Isometric drawings.
9. Installation & Commissioning of Process & Utility piping & equipments like Sanitary Tanks,
Pumps, Mixers, Filters, Air compressors, Boiler, Chiller, CO2 tanks & Vaporizers.
10. Boiler and steam piping installation as per IBR standard and local rules & regulations.
11. Responsible for all hygienic and safety procedures at site.
12. Responsible for the welding & material Quality of piping as per ISO and Client standard.
13. Preparing weekly and monthly report of on-going projects for management review.
14. Floating enquiries for procurement of equipments. Preparing techno commercial comparison
sheet for offers received from vendors.
15. Technical backup for engineering procurement, inspection and site operations.
16. Also involved in Electrical, Civil & Atomization activities.

1. Development of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and P&ID (Process & Inst. Diagram).
2. Sizing of Pipelines, Control valves, Relief Valves & various miscellaneous items as per International Codes & Standards like ASME, API, etc.
3. Active participation in HAZOP Study hereby contributing to maintain very high safety norms, conduct weekly review meetings to discuss loopholes & project progress status.
4. Inspection of major equipments, & doing interactions with vendors for project.
5. Active participation in equipments layout & pipelines routing.
6. Work Achievements:
Successful in completion of process designing of 3 projects.

1. Done post-Commissioning of a petrochemical base plant.
2. Having experience of production, process Design, water treatment plant etc.
3. Handled continuous process as well as batch process systems.
4. Worked on Distillation column (Vacuum and Atmospheric), Crystallizer, Reactors (Chlorinator, Nitrator), Stripping column, and Absorber.

Successful in completion of Pre commissioning, Post commissioning and run of Plant.
