- Initiate Marketing Plan to secure new projects / clients.
- Create database for prospective projects and provide information to Sales department.
- Conduct visits or telephone calls to customer to establish good business relationship.
- Initiate and prepare prequalification submitting.
- Prepare marketing presentations, company write-ups and update website contents.
- Coordinate and attend exhibition, technical summits and conferences to promote company products.
- Perform graphical design for company brochures, flyers and any required design for marketing purposes.
- Hire, review, supervise, and terminate assigned employees, or make effective suggestions and recommendations that are given particular weight regarding the employment status of assigned employees.
- Recommend and assists in the development and implementation of institutional human resource policies, rules, procedures and programs.
- Advise departments regarding policy and rule interpretations, staffing and related personnel problems; counsel applicants and employees on human resource policies, rules and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, staffing, interviewing and evaluating applicants for managerial and professional positions.
- Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and preform invoices to customers as required.
- Process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
- Meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
- Maintain good relations with our customers.
- Maintain an efficient working environment.
- Make accurate purchases of material supplies for resale as required and take customer payment by credit/debit card as required.
- Solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
- Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
