Responsible to acquire, develop & manage a team of Project Controls which includes Quantity surveyors, Cost Controllers, Project Coordinators effectively.
Preparing revised project schedules & recovery schedules by using schedule compressing techniques such as Crashing & Fast tracking.
Primavera P6 schedule updates periodically for monitoring the actual percentage of work done & to identify slippage from the original baseline and forecast completion dates.
Responsible to Organise & Facilitate Weekly Construction meeting with Client & present the Project Status.
Preparation of 3 Month Lookahead cost report, broken down into detailed activities to ensure proper tracking and progress.
Preparation of progress measurement system by assigning weights for each activity based on man-hours or activity cost.
Preparation of material tracking sheets to identify material delivery requirement and then reflect all material data on P6 Schedule.
Issuance of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports including S-Curves, cumulative progress, last period progress & variance.
Generation of two weeks look ahead & one month look ahead from Primavera P6.
Preparation of current project progress presentation to the top management.
Preparation of additional reports such as Major Key Items reports, Manpower histograms.
Generating EPC S-curves.
Ensuring work carried out as per the project plan.
Tracking and maintain scope changes and their effect on the overall project schedule.
Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram.
Prepare status reports on activities and resources.

5) Preparation of overall construction program, monitoring project progress against planned schedules, analysis in the change of contract scope / delay, if any, etc.
6) Preparation of the daily quantity tracking report which is being presented to the top level management & to the client.
1) Scheduling and submitting the project progress of project, based on percentage completion or remaining duration.
2) Preparation of tracking system and Delay analysis.
3) Preparation of 2 weeks look ahead and 90 days look ahead.
4) Preparation Pie Charts for the senior management with respect the Delay percentage.
5) Prepare Pre-commissioning Schedule and submit to the client for the approval.
6) Develop, implement, & control project procedures, schedules budgets, estimates, and scope change orders, with computerized systems Primavera 6.
7) Attending the weekly meeting, representing the planning and scheduling department.
8) Preparation of Monthly and weekly progress Report.
