Job Description
* Provided direct supervision to other technical and non-technical
staff for successful project completion
* Prepare site reports and other related paper works for top
management
* Ensure safety of the labors and conduct safety and progress
meetings for workers weekly.
* Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met
on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
* Inspect the welding qualities and submit the sample to client for
further approval

* Preparation of estimates for Mechanical Engineering works.
* Responsible for coordinating and planning overhaul, burner services
and repair activities.
* Responsible for recording and maintaining engineering records.
* Prepare risk schedules to identify and quantify risks and mitigation
measures.
* Maintain good client relationships at all times.
* Involved in the project works, whilst at the same time taking account of
cost, availability of materials, strength and maintenance requirements.

Job Description
* Calculate heat load according to ASHRAE standard
* Design GI and pre-insulated duct system with supply and return
ducts and grills, diffusers, dampers and filters according to the
place limitions.
* Design condenser water and chilled water systems with pumps,
cooling towers, valves and other accessories under the
supervision of Engineer
* Design VRF/VRV systems according to customer requirements and
site limitations
