Professional Responsibilities
1 In process checks during manufacturing of different dosage forms including
• Tablet ( friability, hardness, disintegration time, weight variation)
• Capsule (weight variation check, uniformity of weight check)
• Liquid syrup (volume variation check, optical check)
1 Dispensing of the raw materials before manufacturing the batch.
1 Line clearance prior each production operation.
1 Collection of the bulk and the finished samples to submit into the laboratory for analysis.
1 Approve the printed carton, printed labels and the strips for the batch coding and expiry date.
1 Auditing of Batch document after completion of the batch.
1 Testing of packaging materials and their release.
1 Proof reading of the packaging art works before launching of the new product.
1 Monitoring the temperature and relative humidity of the different areas of manufacturing.
1 Issuance of pharmaceutical actives and excipients by FIFO inventory control protocols
1 Area qualification as per compliance of GMP and Good warehouse practices.
1 Proper storage of raw material as per recommended conditions, calibrations and validations of all the operational equipments in raw material store.
1 To supervise all dispensing operations of RMS ware HOUSE pharmacist
1 Quality standard ensurance raw material handling potency calculations
1 Change over between batch to batch dispensing,
1 Managing line clearance, dispensing of raw material according to percentage concentration weight determination destiny and factor calculations
1 Time to time consideration with production department according to the needs of production planning.
