Responsible to manage the day to day purchasing activities of distribution materials, tools and
general items covering value of 10, 000 Million and 1000 SKUs. Establish strategic vendor/supplier
relationships to develop performance-based low-cost solutions and negotiating win-win
agreements.
• Solicit and evaluate RFQs and RFPs, applying appropriate commercial review and
negotiation, cost and price analysis techniques.
• Ensuring timely conversion of purchase requisition into purchase orders and timely
delivery by vendors, end to end procurement cycle time.
• Ensuring to meet monthly cost savings and cost avoidance targets.
• vendor exploration, selection and support in vendor development to technical department
to ensure to have pool of reliable suppliers.
• Liaison with inventory management and Inspection departments to drive improvements
and mitigate delivery/quality issues.
• Coordinate with finance department and management to ensure synergies throughout the
procure to pay process, to facilitate vendors facing issues like, early, advance or late
payments, deduction, refund cases, late delivery penalties, bank securities and other
financial issues.
• Support to IT in data management of procurement i.e. development of dashboards, portal
and BW reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with vendors, business units and clients to sustain
growth.
• Monitoring and reporting of ongoing activities and follow up with suppliers to ensure
material deliveries. Perform other related duties as and when required.

Responsible to evaluate, rationalize and initiate purchasing process of material requirement of
1300 SKUs having value of 12000 million through multiple plants.
• Ensuring timely receipts of Materials requirement from Strategy department,
rationalization of that requirement, accordingly timey run of MRP in SAP to generate
Purchase requisitions.
• Ensuring consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for operation and projects
executions as per scheduled dates.
• Continuous monitoring of demand and consumption patterns and reporting to
management.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, procurement, finance and strategy departments.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Material Master update, lead times, MOQs and controlling other Material master changes.

Deputy General Manager Distribution warehouse (25 stores

Responsible to manage 25 stores and manpower of 290, having monthly turnover of some 500
million, activities ranging from the replenishment planning to issuance to end users.
• Ensure weekly and monthly distribution requirement planning for all distribution stores.
• Timely replenishment of materials from central stores to all retail stores as per
schedules.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Supervise material receiving, placing, and issuance operations and timely dispatch of
scrap to scrap yard.
• Ensure that all material receipt and issuance posting are timely performed and
reconciled.
• 5S implementation and ensure adherence to company's HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Analyze material issue/ receipt report, consumption patterns, materials gaining analysis
and other monthly reports and sharing with management.
Manager distribution warehouse (13 store)

Responsible to manage 13 stores and manpower of 150, having monthly turnover of some 300
million, activities ranging from the replenishment planning to issuance to end users.
• Ensure weekly and monthly distribution requirement planning for all distribution stores.
• Timely replenishment of materials from central stores to all retail stores as per
schedules.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Supervise material receiving, placing, issuance to operations teams and timely dispatch
of scrap to scrap yard.

of 25 with monthly turnover of some 150 million, activities ranging from the material receipts
from vendors to issuance to user and adherence to the company HSEQ safety policies.
• Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials to users visiting for collection.
• To organize the proper space utilization and proper stacking of Materials
• Reconcile all the entries done in SAP with physical documents
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to report and analyze data
• Ensure Safety practices followed by the staff.
