Pre-sales Tasks:
• Meet customers to understand user requirements and come out with solutions.
• Design of solutions and production of BoM using Cisco Configuration tool, MS Visio, Excel and Word.
• Prepare BOQs and Solutions Descriptions.
• Responding to Client Requests for Information/Proposal documents.
• Customer presentations and clarifications.
• Providing advanced presales support for networking opportunities.
• Working closely with the sales team to provide solution.
• Design of Cisco IP Telephony Solutions.
• Design for IP Video Surveillance System, bandwidth calculation and Storage servers’ capacity.
Post-sales Tasks:
• Strong knowledge regarding different types of cabling (Ethernet, Fiber Optics)
• Configuration and Installation of Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Configuration, troubleshooting and Installation of VLANS.
• Cisco Catalyst Switches: 2960, 3560, 3750 and 450X Series.
• Cisco Integrated Services Routers: 2800, 2900, and 3900 Series.
• Hands on experience on vary Cisco Partners Tools.
• Excellent in IP address designing.
• Good in configuring both standard and Extended ACL for filtering IP’s.
• Excellent understanding and implementing Layer 2 security features.
