In depth knowledge of policies and procedures of banking Services.
Handled cheque deposit & cash transaction (including Euro USD, GBP)

Handled ATM’s daily feeding process, machine servicing and all
related issues.

Receiving and processing all kinds of national and international wire transfers.

Processing discounted post dated and Manager’s cheque.

Cross selling of Banking products to Rm’s and departments if applicable.

Handling cheques clearing system (Inward, outward and bounced cheques)

Attention to details with strong customer service skill-strong relationship with customers built on trust, goodwill and swift services.

Responsible for processing outwards and inwards telegraphic transfer for major banks and exchange swifts.

To handle customer complaints and solve their various problems. Verification of incoming and outgoing payments.

Processing outward, Inward telegraphic transfers from major banking Exchanges (SWIFT)

Processing all transactions against cheque.

Accounting of all Branch payment and receipts.

Buying foreign currency through router from treasury department as per branch requirements.

Processing interbank fund transfers and related correspondence with banks using net banking services as advised by operation heads.

Responsible for western union amendments and cancellation from branches on daily basis.

Coordinate and communicate with correspondence for funding and payment quarries.

Giving support to CRS’s for their quarries while preparation and after processing of payments.

Manage day to day Financial and general accounting activities. Handling accounts related works such as reconciliation.

Ensure that all quarries related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames as speci□ed.

Deep knowledge about Banks and various kinds of bank accounts, post related □nancial terms like stop payment and amendment of transfer,
International US Dollar Transfer method or routine method (cleaning house)
like SWIFT, CHIPS Feb wire and national Routine Code.
