Project Scope of Work: Supply & Install Walkways & Fences across Lines 1 & 2 of Riyadh Metro
Project brief: Our client (BACS Consortium) has requested us to supply & install walkways and fences across the whole length of lines 1 & 2 of the Riyadh Metro Project.
The scope of work will include the supply and install of the required materials for this project. Some of the material will be manufactured by SAFID and others will be procured from international and local markets. SAFID will also hire a local sub-contractor to install the material on site.
Courses
-Responsible for managing the cost & schedule control of the project.
-Generation and supervision of periodic cost & schedule reports such as Progress and Earned Value
The report, Critical Path, 6-month look ahead, Cost Deviation analysis, etc.
-Work with Project Managers and PMO to obtain and analyze the project performance proactively
identifying areas of risk.
-Responsible for creating and keeping all project schedules current.
-Supervises internal or external staff participation in project meetings
-leveraging schedule time and cost analysis to drive project performance
-to ensure Schedulers/Cost Controllers are correctly reconciling costs with specific work packages and reported outputs in sufficient detail for Project Manager.

Project Description:
'IDS (Institute of Diplomatic Studies - Consular Affairs Department
Building) project situated in a parcel of land Nasiriyah, north of Riyadh, with an
approximate total area of 15, 000 square meter, the building containing a built
up area of 45, 500 square meter and the external work with an area of 10, 888
square meter. IDS building comprises of; one basement intended for parking,
service area and major MEP equipments location, ground floor up to 5th floor and
having roof top illuminated with roof lights.
IDS project is highly equipped with 10 units escalators and 15 units elevators of
different capacities and number of stops, complete MEP equipments, security
and access control system, lighting control system.
I am responsible for planning, Scheduling, Reporting and monitoring the execution to achieve the target dates.
My duties are summarized below:
•Prepare schedules to reflect the work to be undertaken in line with the required Work Breakdown Structure.
•Resource loading in order to produce manpower histograms and Planned ‘S Curve’.
•Prepare and update on a weekly basis a Progress Reports.
•Undertake periodic updates of schedules to show progress and impact of any trends or variances.
•Weekly update physical progress against baseline schedule.
•Prepare revised baseline schedule based on additional works and productivity rate.
•Issue S-Curves, histograms, two weeks look ahead, progress pictures monthly reports.
•Prepare the Extension of Time application to the Client.
