Compiles and prepare treasury external and internal financial data, including monthly financial statements and ad hoc reports.
Responsible for daily cash flow management.
Managing bank relationships including banking activities reporting (Analyzing bank balances and service fees).
Reviews and assists in the daily and month-end accounting activities, Attending External and Internal audit queries including bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Reconciles vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing of services, investigates and resolves exceptions, and audits vendor bill rates to ensure they match contracted amounts.
Assists in establishing and maintaining systems and internal controls related to cash management.
Prepares accurate and timely general ledger account reconciliations subsequent to month end.
Ensures that reconciling items are identified and cleared on a timely basis.
Prepare variance analysis and supporting schedules on affected accounts
Trade finance activity -LC processing and accounting (Usance LC, SBLC, TR, BG)
Scrutinizing/ Approving all the vouchers prepared by the users (Journal, Payment, Receipts, Bank vouchers, TT vouchers & BP)
Monitoring Term loan and FD interest rates variances and OD interest workings.
Submits reconciliations to the management for approval, and completes the related sections of the monthly account certification report
Accountant BaaN E.R.P Key User (Handling Production, Lab & Maintenance Modules) Coordinator, Purchase Supervisor, Petty Cashier, Budget structure, Assignment & Control, Product costing & Daily MIS Reports.
Independently responsible for Financial Accounting & Controlling, Asset & Bank Accounting, Cash management position, Bank reconciliation, AP & AR, General Ledger, Trial Balance preparing & MIS Reports working through “Tally” Accounts Package & Coordination with all the production unit
