Responsibilities:
1 - Coordination between management and staff.
2 - Follow-up procurement, quality assurance and proper consumption.
3 - Overseeing guest affairs in regards to hospitality and entertainment.
4 - Conduct annual survey about the performance of foundation administration.
5 - Coordinate with insurance and make sure that all vehicles comply with RTA regulations.
6 - Contribute to creation of ways to develop the staff functionality and the safety of students.
7 - Direct supervision on transportation and safety systems in cooperation with RTA and DCD.
8 - Reporting employee and management working conditions developments to the CEO directly.
9 - Head monthly Meetings with drivers, labors and supervisors to update and listen to them.
10-Keep accurate records of staff promotion in accordance with policies and set by the company.
11-Find solutions to problems related the Gov. offices such as DIWA, SEWA, RTA, DCD, Immigration, Ministry of Labor, DCC and others.
