• Qualified and performed utilities equipment startup, shutdown, changeover,
and test run as per production plan

generators, a diesel fire pump, Ahus, FCUs, package unit, condensate recovery,

• OPERATE - Two waste-heat recovery boilers(WHRB). Six JENBACHER 320 gas
generators. Two diesel generators as backup, and associated cooling towers
and intake/exhaust filters and dampers, pumps, and softener.
• Monitor and record all mandatory parameters into log sheet.
• WATER - Prepare and add chemicals into Boiler dosing tank and
cooling towers as per plan.

Mill
Anodizing Department Operator- Manually operated overhead crane to safely
lift and move trolleys/racks.- Dipped aluminum bars in chemical tanks per exact
timing schedules to achieve required colors according to the production plan.
Mill Shop Department Operator/inspection - Performed buffing, scratch
removal, and inspection; segregated defective pieces.
Material Handler- Handled aluminum scrap, feeding it into the hydraulic baler
machine to create uniform, weighed square blocks ready for furnace melting. as
a raw material.

Refinery Limited through the employer of Descon Engineering limted.
• Conducted cable tracing & laying - Performed complete overhauling of PSV,
PRV, and Control Valves - including seat repair, seat lapping, buffing, grinding,
and cutting.- Performed calibration of PSV, PRV, and Control Valves to match
given set points.- Calibrate pressure gauges on the deadweight tester/calibrator
machine.
