• Provide timely, accurate, effective quotation service to all customers within assigned market.
• Obtain quotation request and leads from existing and new customers.
• Contact and qualify new and potential customers.
• Coordinating with planning department, production staff, and store department to ensure timely deliveries of products.
• My products include Rebars, WireMesh, Cut&Bend, Low relaxation prestressed concrete seven wire strand(LRPC-7), Cable armor wire, Galvanized commercial wire, tie wire, fence, barbed wire.
• Target customers are large construction companies and local traders.
• Relationship building with client’s key persons.
• Making detailed Production reports for the Steel Bars, Wire Mesh and Cut&Bend sections.
• Responsible for entries of production reports in company’s ERP system(JD Edwards)
• Planning and coordinating with machine operators on daily basis to produce high quality products as per the customer requirement and ASTM standards
• Achieving monthly production targets.
• Making detailed Production reports for the Steel Bars, Wire Mesh and Cut&Bend sections.
• Coordinating with maintenance technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce break-up time.
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
• First phase of my job involves the designing of various Laboratory Furniture items.
• Second phase involves the installation of Laboratory furniture in world`s second Largest “Punjab Forensic Science Agency Lahore”
• In-charge for the project execution of PKR 50 Mn Laboratory furniture at “PFSA”
