Experienced in customer service over 10 years at a very busy call centre and as a catering supervisor and store manager for 5 years prior to that, with a diploma in fitness instruction and currently in my final year of International Business at University of South Wales.
Able to effectively use initiative and make a positive contribution to a team. Adaptable and flexible to the requirements of the employer.

This course will help me manage and lead a team to be efficient within a organisation and create a high morale from team building exercises along with various activities for the employees.
