United Arab Emirates on 1967, the Ranya Group is a multi-disciplined organization with extensive experience in the
fields of civil engineering, power generation and distribution, electromechanical works and plumbing services.
Responsibilities:
• Study and Analyze the Contract source documents of project awarded such as Conditions of Contracts, Bill of
Quantities, Drawings and Specifications etc
• Quantity Take-off for Pre and Post Contracting as per the Contract Documents such as Drawings and
Specification received.
• Preparation and Submission of interim, final valuations and variation claims for client approval as per the
contract conditions.
• Discuss and Negotiate with the consultants on all aspects of re-measurement, variation orders, claims etc, as
assigned to Project Manager
• Evaluation of interim & final account payments of subcontract works.
• Evaluation and finalization of variation for subcontract works

Aims to guarantee the 'right to work'. It aims to ensure livelihood security in rural areas by providing at least 100
days of wage employment in a financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled
manual work. It is one of the important schemes being implemented by government of India to achieve inclusive

Responsibilities
• Preparation of the Action Plan and Estimation as per the site survey and instruction from the project
committee.
• Supervision of construction activities like rural road development, drainage & canal systems, Agricultural land
development etc.
• Progress monitoring and preparation of invoices for workers based on the time Sheet
• Managed team of 4 members and 400 workers effectively to get better result
• Preparation of the progress report and presentation in district and state level
