Create, communicate and execute sales strategies.
Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the managing director
Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing accounts
Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans and reports
Conduct customer presentations for sales proposals
Constant communication with new customers, customer support and the freight management departments about relevant company policies Ensure all customer visits, opportunities and any other customer information are updated with the requirements and expectations
Maintain and update accurate activity reports in the CRM
Achievement of yearly sales targets
Generating new sales leads within the territory with new customers or distributors.
Calculating the market size estimation within the territory.
Responsible to cover several industries: Packaging, Graphic Arts, Wood working, and Tobacco.
Maintaining the distribution network and end users in line with the division’s requirements in order to: Enhance the brand sales, brand visibility and brand reach ability.
Control the distribution pricing and quality levels in regards of service, storage, deliveries and visibility.
Visiting end users on regular basis in order to bring the latest technological solutions of Industrial Adhesives.
Increasing the technical knowledge level of end users and distributors by: Making regular technical trials and demonstrations in workshops, solving problems that are related to products performance and applications, showing the added value of the solutions provided in a professional way.
Interacting with internal functions namely customer service, supply chain, technical service, marketing.
Communicating with the customers/distributors by conducting regular customer visit for the purpose of attainment of targets.
Coordination of account activities namely, accounts receivables, new account opening, price list updates, and timely update of the customer records to the related departments.
Yearly and monthly forecasts to be send to the in line direct manager.
Elaborate marketing plans, design and implement processes to support the business growth.
Reporting all the sales activity to the sales manager and the business unit manager on weekly and monthly basis.
I was responsible of implementing a fully automated human resource program to automate the basic HR operations, and also give effective HR reports, salary report, and project life time report.
