Organizing Routine Servicing Schedules.
•Allocating work to a Team Fitters And organizing them to make sure 24 hours cover is available.
•Checking and Calibrating Instruments to make sure they are accurate and fitting new parts.
•Responding immediately to Equipment breakdowns.
•Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
•Keeping Production Managers Informed of progress.
•Developing Engineering tools & give day to day Technical Support for breakdown diagnostics & repairs, Including risk and failure analysis.
•Improve and Update & continuously improve equipment reliability.
•Identify, Select & Update the required spare parts list.
•Controlling work performance and monitoring work quality and taking corrective action to solve any problem rapidly.
Technical Skills
•Analyze, design, develop, and maintain products; assist in commercialization.
•Assist in identifying and organizing requirements. Apply usability procedures and principles at project or product-line level or through customer input.
•Build prototypes, products, and systems for testing; set up and run laboratory simulations.
•Design testing procedures and coordinate testing. Conduct tests, document results, and develop client presentation.
•Conduct and/or participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, codes, and other artifacts.
•Evaluate engineering approaches and risks to produce and iterate development plans.
•Train and support clients and field representatives.
•Identify and keep abreast of novel technical concepts and markets.
