Responsibilities:
I was responsible for the pre and post contract duties as required including tenders for bidding, cost plan for various phases of projects, estimation and costing for the bidding and procurement, preparation of monthly payment certificates/invoices, change orders, material submittals for the technical approvals, review of As-Built and Shop Drawings, technical co-ordination with consultants, clients and vendors, preparation of management information reports etc.
