Receive and process purchase orders and issue sales transaction invoices.
Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment
details.
Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing
information.
Maintain and update sales and customer records and compile monthly sales
reports.
Expedite orders through internal liaison and direct feedback from customers
to relevant departments.
Identify new products to add to those on offer and support the sales
department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Plan and organize production schedules, assess project and resource
requirements. Estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and timescales with
managers.
Ensure that health and safety regulations are met and determine quality
control standards.
Oversee production processes and re-negotiating timescales or schedules as
necessary. Select, order and purchase materials, organize the repair and
routine maintenance of production equipment.
Liaise with buyers and marketing and sales staff, supervise and manage the
work of junior staff.
Spearheads production activities for strategic utilization & deployment of
resources towards achieving organizational objectives and prepare reports
for important decision making.
Manage resources including people, equipment, facilities, peer review
process, development plans and performance improvement plans.
Adopt various measure to identify abnormalities. Introduce new protactive
tape to avoid scratches and packing with cartoon for the painted profile.
Received 3 awards during 2014 to 2015 for achieving monthly targets.
