payments, journal entries, cash deposit and cheque deposit .
• Keep up to date record for receivable with age wise and ledger wises
• Preparing outstanding statement and follow up for payment.
• Responsible for receivable from local and overseas.
• Responsible to check online banking for inward and outward
remittances, cheques and cash deposit and cheques and cash withdrawal
on daily basis.
SKILLS • Preparing bank reconciliation statement for weekly and monthly.
• Responsible for payable to suppliers local and overseas.
• Responsible for interparty account passing journal entries and
reconciliation.
• Keeping the record of PDC Issued.
• Encoding and filing of documents.

• Responsible in making monthly and yearly sales report and statement of
accounts for both Customers and Suppliers(Receivables and Payables).
• Preparing the payroll of the employees.
• Import documentation like checking documentation, commercial
invoices, packing list, bills of lading, coordinating shipping schedules,
raising purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Secures financial information by completing data backups.
• File maintenance for all outgoing and incoming materials.
