 Effectively coordinating with the field operations team to maintain minimum-maximum on-site/hub inventory and developing long term cost-effective contracts with vendors.
 Following up with RFQ process, purchasing, vendor payments and credit installation with vendors and suppliers.
 Assisting commercial department to finalise contractual agreements along with supportive information/documents.
 Expediting and resolving all arising issues for immediate release of purchase orders and efficiently coordinating with the finance and accounts to resolve all payment issues of suppliers/vendors.
 Ensuring each team member understands each other’s roles and responsibilities and how they relate to the entire team success to avoid significant delays.
 Working in close coordination with the finance and procurement departments to eliminate any loopholes in the processes.
 Assisting in the due diligence; underwriting of potential acquisitions; and managing financial analysis, market studies and industry standard reporting
